How Bailey Associates comply with GDPR
GDPR affects us in two ways:
1. Is how we conduct activities with the information we gather from people using our website.
2. Is how we manage the data/information we gather from clients, by means of contact forms, and how we collect, process, disclose, store and delete data.
For What Reasons do we Collect Data?
The data we collect is used to help to understand who is using our website by monitoring traffic and to help us improve engagement.
When you opt-in (explicitly consent) to submit information via a contact form, to personally respond to your enquiry.
What Data is Collected?
Among the types of Personal Data that this website collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Email address, first name, last name, telephone number, IP address, cookies and usage data.
When we are actively engaged in finding a client’s mortgage, we use eKeeper MortgageKeeper CRM to store information so that we can efficiently run our business. Read more on their Privacy Statement.
We use a third-party service called Google Analytics to track, collect and store information around each user’s session who visits our website. The information collected via Google Analytics is processed in a way that does not identify anyone; additionally, we do not make, and do not allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of users visiting our website. WordPress Third-Party Plugins
By default, WordPress does not collect any Personal Data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. Additionally, ‘comments’ on this website are turned off so any identifiable information derives from the ‘active’ plugins alone.
Bailey Associates does not store personal information on our servers or share it with any other parties – it is only used internally to help us improve our service.
What happens when you use a contact form?
When someone submits information through a contact form a couple of things happen.
1. The information submitted is processed by the WordPress plugin Contact Form 7 & Emailed to email@example.com.
2. When someone subscribes to our Newsletter the information is added to MailChimp – this is only name and Email.
3. We also use a HubSpot pop-up form to subscribe site users to our Newsletter. The Email address is added to the HubSpot database and also MailChimp.
4. In most cases, we add this information to eKeeper MortgageKeeper CRM as previously outlined.
All information sent through our contact forms is only used for internal purposes only and not shared with other companies except those stated above.

If you would like a copy of the data that Bailey Associates have relating to yourself, or wish to request deletion of the data, please get in touch with the Owner & Data Controller firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that any request may take up to 30 days to process and we will require prior proof of identification.
The data is processed at the Owner’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
How we Protect your Data
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place Firewall, Antivirus & Malware safeguards to secure the data we collect online. This includes Keyy Two-Factor Authentication for webmaster login to this WordPress site.
Use of ‘cookies’
